Forever Gundam Variations

Suddenly I want this kit.  Hobby no Toriko strikes again!  The creativity coming out of that place is just amazing!  It's what I aspire to myself with my own Gunpla.  This level of originality.  I never even considered all the things you could do with this kit!

Nu

GM Cannon

Full Armor

They're all so good! Kind of siding with the FA though.  I honestly looked at that kit and saw nothing but now... The possibilities...  More here.

  1. The possibilities of this kit...the Nu variant especially - that really blew me away. What's next, a FREEDOM?

When I first saw this kit I sort of just dismissed it as another fancy-schmancy RX-78 variant that was cobbled together for the sake of being a antagonist in the show...

...then I saw the contents of the actual kit itself. It's based on the Gundam G30th edition and it comes with EVERYTHING in that kit - including the metal chain for the Gundam Hammer, and has layered armor on top of those versatile cannons/funnels.

    Sold! SOLD, I say!!

  2. Like you, I didn't see much out of this kit and wrote it off as another RX-78-2 but of course... Gunpla is all about creativity. and Creativity has no bounds!

  4. I kinda like the nu variation more. I'm not so sure if I still want to guy this kit.

  5. (You could totally put that Nu formation wing over his shoulder for an Armored-Core style cannon!)
Oh Toriko. He's such an awesomefun guy, what with that insane creativity and willingness to buy the same kit tens of times (especially the HG 00Qanta, does he ever buy those!).
@CKai: Freedom? You're on to something here! Keep it up!
