It was a true joy to make this. Some of the nub marks were really terrible so I used what Gundam Markers I had to help make it look slightly better. I did a lot of work on the frame for this model and spent a lot of time on the little details. As I mentioned before this was a going away present from my volleyball team so I wanted to do it justice. Here are some pics.
Woah that is sure lots of work on the inner frame! Where did you get those swords from?
ReplyDeleteThat's one nice looking Titanium finish. Very shiny~!
ReplyDeleteWow... That looks amazing. Kinda changing my mind about getting a Titanium finished model...
ReplyDeleteswords are from red frame kai. and thanks guys!
ReplyDeleteI really admire the care & dedication you put into a frame that won't be visible most of the time.
ReplyDeletePersonally, I don't really care to buy special/metallic coatings unless I spraypaint it on myself - the nubs can be really nasty on kits that aren't under-gated, and I can't get rid of seamlines, either. Though, if this kit was a gift, I can't really complain ^^;
i just cant help it. its how i build. i dont know why i do it, i just know that i have to do it. thank you for the comment and compliment! and yeah the nub marks can be nasty on these things. but it still looks great from most distances.
