The Bird-Man Cometh

Veiled reference for the Macross Zero fans. I've definitely enjoyed building my first Macross transformable model. It's no Gundam, that's for sure. I think I have an idea of what people have gone through building the transformable Victory Gundam after doing this. Lot's of small pieces to accommodate the transforming mechanisms.

Truly an engineering masterpiece. I have found new respect for Macross Frontier mecha design.

Not done yet obviously but just wanted to show you all what I've been doing with my time recently.

  3. So, if I found this kit for $75 USD, would it be worth getting, or is it a ripoff?

  4. i would only pay that much if i was a die-hard macross f fan, totally in love with the vf-25g or michel and had no other option to buy plamo. its not worth that much money considering that i got it for about 30 US myself (converting from yen). its a great model but if im going to pay 75 us it had better be a PG or extra finish ver.

  6. Hurm. I actually have no way of buying on-line, which is why I asked. The only store I've found it in sells it for $75, but from what I remember, I think it comes with super parts. So I'm not quite sure whether or not it's the 25G...
